Arboreal Monkey Creature

I wanted to design a lightweight arboreal jungle creature that could have an air of mischief about them. This creature needed to have some kind of adaptation/feature which would logically support their existence in a treetop/jungle biome. By combining the idea of a small and cute squirrel monkey with a gliding tree frog, I was able to come up with a concept I was satisfied with which supported my original brief. I ideated much of the design process in 2D, trying out different body plans for monkeys and sketching out how they might camouflage or adapt to some sort of alien jungle environment.
